Delivery Timescales

All orders processed before 3pm will be delivered on the following working day. For example an order processed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, orders placed on Tuesday before 3pm will be delivered (received by the customer) on Wednesday. All of our deliveries require signatures. If there will be no-one available to take delivery on the next working day then please specify a date of delivery (up to 14 days in the future). Please note that some remote areas in the UK and Offshore addresses (Highland Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Shetland Isles) can only receive products on a three day service.

Certain larger products that require a Specialist or Two-Person lift service may also not be available for next day delivery to certain areas. Please contact us for more exact information on delivery times for individual products to particluar areas.

Next day delivery is not a guaranteed service. There may occasionally be delays. MySmartBuy is not liable for any expenses incurred by failed or delayed deliveries.

Please note that next day delivery does not apply to Pre-Orders. These will be received by the delivery date advertised on product page.

Signing for Delivery

If there can be no-one available to take delivery on the specified delivery date then please use the special instructions box provided during the checkout process. Please do not book time off work to take deliveries if at all possible. MySmartBuy does not accept liability for any expenses or lost earning as a result of failed or delayed deliveries.
