Our really smart idea:

The creators of My Smart Buy spent a great deal of time and money (which was fun!) trying to figure out what all the clever online shoppers were looking for. We put all the data into the computers which then printed out loads of graphs and spreadsheets. We couldn't really understand what all the lines were pointing to so we spent some more money (which was also fun) hiring people cleverer than us to tell us the hidden meanings. Unfortunately we couldn't really understand what they were saying either. So, we spent a much smaller amount of money on some pizza's and put our heads together to figure it all out. What we came up with was not exactly rocket science; that online shoppers expect the lowest prices for the best quality goods.

Realising we were onto a good thing we formed a ‘good ideas club' (no really big words allowed), and the concept of My Smart Buy just flowed from there!

How we do it?

How do we come up with these crazy low prices? The answer is simple; there are no middle men between us and you, because we make the goods! We look all around the world for the greatest and best looking products for your home and garden and we then pay the factory man to reel out a whole bunch of them for us. Once we get them all inspected and everything is tickety boo, we bring them all the way into our warehouse, ready to be expressed couriered out to you.

What makes My Smart Buy really, really...really smart?

The cleverest idea we ever had was to offer two prices to you.

1. One for next day delivery.

2. And the other, which is even cheaper by loads; for delivery in two months.

This is great because you can pre-order a huge range of goodies and presents at a fraction of any price, and pocket the savings. This is especially useful for birthdays, Christmas and buying stuff for the next season. The only items that don't have the Buy Now for less, Pay Later option is those items we don't make ourselves.

This idea is yours truly, cross my heart, completely new! Never been seen before done before, oh my goodness I wish I had thought of it, actually I did, new. Who wants to shop alone, with no one to tell them what's a great deal and not? No one, or at least that's what we think. So we hired some shopping buddies for you. These great guys and gals, and one strange monster, will take you about the site, hang out with you and give you advice on the best deals wherever you might wander. How cool is that? Keep an eye out for these buddies, they get cleverer every week.

Our Customer Service is the greatest, because we take everything personally. Our call centres are just the first stop, not the last. And if there is a problem we will be on the phone to you to sort it, real fast. Our idea is that if you're happy, you can tell your friends, okay?
